We are a competition BBQ team from Weslaco, TX. Started comp. BBQ as a way to promote our Meat market and quickly fell in love with the people, friendships and competitive atmosphere. We have been cooking competitively since about 2013 and have had the pleasure of traveling across the US in pursuit of BBq greatness. We have won some great events and some of our highlights include 2017 World Food BBQ Champion, 2019 American Royal open World Champion, 2019 National BBQ Champion in New Orleans and 2022 San Antonio Rodeo Cookoff. We have won over 95 Grand and Reserve Grand Championships and 100's of 1st place category wins. We know what it takes to win in bbq and to delight your neigbors when cooking at home!
